Our Digital Programs
We sell digital workout programs accessed through our app. After your purchase, you receive an email with your access to log in to your account and follow your program. The programs are provided for general information and fitness purposes.
License and Personal Use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own personal use only. You may not share your access, resell, redistribute, copy, publicly broadcast, or reproduce the content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Account and Access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Access to the programs is provided as a one-time payment granting lifetime access, subject to the continued operation of the app and to these terms.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in your selected currency and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. You warrant that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Refunds
Because our programs are digital products with immediate access, all sales are final. Full details are described in our refund policy.
Health Disclaimer
The information and programs offered are educational and do not replace medical advice. They do not constitute a diagnosis or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially during pregnancy, the postpartum period, or if you have a medical condition.
