Yes. Whether you are a few months or more than 20 years postpartum, it is never too late to start. Results may take a little longer to appear, but it is entirely possible to improve and get rid of your mommy pouch with consistency.

The mommy pouch is a common belly change that often occurs during pregnancy. If you still have a belly that sticks out after baby, a feeling of core weakness or a dome that appears when you sit up, you may have a mommy pouch. We've prepared a tutorial to help you measure your mommy pouch and determine the width of your abdominal gap.

Yes. About 60% of women have a mommy pouch after pregnancy.

The most common signs are:
• A belly that sticks out or stays bloated.
• A bulge in the center of the abdomen during exertion.
• A feeling of core weakness.
• Back pain.
• Pelvic floor pressure or weakness.

Every woman is different. Some may have a mommy pouch without all of these symptoms.

Your program depends mainly on the width of your mommy pouch.

Step 1: mommy pouch of 3 cm and more
Step 2: mommy pouch of 2 cm and less
Step 3: mommy pouch of 2 cm and less
Step 4: weight-loss program to follow after getting rid of your mommy pouch
